Plaintiff Jeffrey Blake ("Blake") filed the complaint in this action on October 19, 2001, against Sergeant Michael S. Race and Detectives Richard Brew, David Carbone, and Philip Saurman, and ten John Does1 alleging violations of his rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as pendent state law claims.
